When you send a message, volunteer application, partnership enquiry or donation enquiry, we keep the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number if given, organisation if given, and your message. We also keep your IP address and browser type to help us stop spam.

If you join our newsletter, we keep your email address, your name if given, and the date you subscribed.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to you and to deal with your enquiry. We send newsletters only to people who asked for them, and every newsletter has an unsubscribe link. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your request, and then delete them.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and our forms work without cookies. A session cookie is used only when our staff sign in to manage the site.
